Laser micro-welding serving restoration

After restoration work, a watch should have retained its value and historical integrity. This is why this work requires specific skills and highly technical machines.

Our task is to give a second life to the cases and straps of the pieces in your collection, while preserving their original characteristics, both technically and aesthetically.

OUR APPROACH
We use the technique of laser micro-welding. It allows for the addition of material to the damaged area, which will then be ground and polished while respecting the original shapes and finishes. Micro-welding on deep scratches provides a professional result, without a significant reduction in the amount of material that could be caused by an overly aggressive polishing itself.

This technique can be applied to various metals (including 316L and 904L stainless steel, gold, titanium,...) and for different purposes:
Remove shocks or deep scratches from your cases & straps
Reconstruct the original shapes of a piece that has been overly or badly polished in the past
        Repair broken or weakened components

Discover the steps of this process

1.

3.

Finally, our complete polishing workshop allows us to achieve all types of finishes using gentle techniques, while respecting the original appearance (polishing, straight and circular satin finishing, sunburst, sandblasting/microbeading...).
